How to restore a Windows registry backup.

Open regedit. (Search for regedit from the Start menu, and you will find it.)
Go to File, Import.
Find the backup file. (You should have created one sometime before. If not, then this tutorial will not help.)
Select it and click Open.
A success message appears, and the program imports the backup keys.
