How to create PDF files of PowerPoint slides for easy sharing across a wide range of devices:
After creating the presentation, click on File at the top left.
In the left menu, click Export.
The default selection should be Create PDF/XPS Document. Click the button that says Create PDF/XPS.
Choose a location to save the PDF file.
