Google Chrome: How to Delete Browsing History (Late 2016)

How to delete the browsing history in Google Chrome (around version 55, late 2016):

Open the menu.
Go to History > History.
To remove individual sites, click the three dots and select Remove from history.
To remove all data, open the menu and go to Settings.
Scroll down and click Show advanced settings...
Under Privacy, select Clear browsing data...
Choose which categories to delete and how far back to delete them.
Click Clear browsing data.
