How to Eject a USB Flash Drive

How to eject a USB flash drive in Windows 8.
  1. Locate the USB icon with a green check in the icon tray (next to the time).
  2. Right-click the icon.
  3. Select Eject (Name).
  4. Or you can go to This PC.
  5. Find the flash drive.
  6. Right-click the drive and select Eject.
